Before a named storm: securing loose items, clearing drains and inlets, documenting site condition.
After: storm debris cleaning, downed limb cleanup, fence and gate repair, drainage clearing and a condition report your insurer and board can use.
Properties on our maintenance program are served first.
Seasonal calendar
- Spring (Mar-May): irrigation start-up, turf transition, pressure washing before season, mulch and bed refresh.
- Summer (Jun-Sep): weekly mowing, irrigation checks, fountain and pool-deck upkeep, storm readiness from June 1.
- Fall (Oct-Nov): cut-back, drainage clearing, fence and hardscape repairs, paint touch-ups.
- Winter (Dec-Feb): reduced mowing, project work (pavers, fencing, debris cleaning and stump grinding), irrigation winterization.
