Ground Pro Management Group is a grounds and exterior property company based in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We are scaled for commercial work, serving HOAs, resorts, condo regimes, retail centers, office and medical parks and golf communities across the Grand Strand, with residential capabilities for homeowners.

Most properties end up with a landscaper, an irrigation company, a fence guy, a pressure washer and a handyman, none of whom talk to each other. Ground Pro is built to be the one accountable team that sees both the appearance side and the systems side of a property and keeps them working together.

The company is led by Brad Martin, who answers the phone, walks the properties and stands behind the work. Crews are uniformed, equipment is branded and maintained, and every scope runs on a written schedule with a named contact.
